Post-Harvest Processing:
To ensure safety and quality, we follow a strict drying protocol that minimizes aflatoxin and ochratoxin risks. Unlike traditional sun drying on the ground, which poses contamination risks, we use clean, disinfected tarpaulins for safer drying. Our process includes controlled thickness, scheduled overturning, and moisture testing using field kits. Each batch is tested for EU/US MRL compliance before being stored at 5-8°C in cold storage. Before crushing or grinding, the material undergoes a final quality check, ensuring purity and safety.
