Crispy Egg Bhurji Pakora

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 tbsp coconut oil
Salt
Arusuvai Pepper powder
½ cup Arusuvai Bajji/Bonda mix
Water (as needed)
Oil (for frying)
Sliced onions & green chilies (for serving)

Instructions

Heat coconut oil in a pan and scramble the eggs with salt and a pinch of Arusuvai pepper powder. Let them cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix Arusuvai bajji/bonda mix with water to form a thick, lump-free batter.
Shape the scrambled eggs into small balls and dip them in the batter, ensuring an even coat.
Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry until golden brown and crispy.
Serve hot with sliced onions and green chilies.
