½ cup Arusuvai Chicken 65 Masala
Water
Lemon
Oil (for frying)
Sliced onions & green chilies (for serving)

Instructions

Boil the eggs, peel, and cut them into small cubes.
In a bowl, mix Arusuvai Chicken 65 mix with water to form a thick, lump-free batter.
Dip the egg cubes in the batter, ensuring an even coat.
Heat oil in a pan and deep-fry until golden brown and
crispy.
Serve hot with sliced onions and green chilies and squeeze
lemon.
