Spicy boiled Egg fry
This recipe is packed with bold Arusuvai spices, bringing a delicious twist to your regular boiled eggs. Coated in a rich masala blend and fried to perfection, it’s crispy on the outside and soft inside. Perfect as a side dish or a quick snack which gets ready in 15 minutes! Ingredients
2 Boiled eggs
2 tablespoon coconut oil
¼ teaspoon Arusuvai Turmeric powder
½ teaspoon Arusuvai Red Chilli powder
½ teaspoon Arusuvai Cumin powder
½ teaspoon Arusuvai Coriander powder
¼ teaspoon Arusuvai Garam Masala powder
¼ teaspoon Arusuvai Egg Curry Masala
¼ teaspoon Arusuvai Pepper powder
Salt as per taste
Instructions
Boil the eggs, peel, and cut them into halves.
In a bowl, mix Arusuvai turmeric powder, Arusuvai red chilli powder, Arusuvai cumin powder, Arusuvai coriander powder, Arusuvai garam masala powder and Arusuvai egg curry masala.
Heat 2 tbsp coconut oil and pour it into the spice mix and blend well
Coat the boiled eggs evenly with this masala mixture.
Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil in a pan. Place the eggs cut side down and fry on low heat, flipping carefully until golden
Sprinkle Arusuvai pepper powder before serving.
